GOT MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe this having a major issue with my Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely wedged. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated! Yo
